Are there maps that have actually been used on the lunar surface -- not just in the lunar module? I know there are lunar rover maps, but are there other maps as well?

Also, is anyone aware of how many rover maps are in existence and if any have come to market?

There is a well-known image of Edgar Mitchell using a map while on the surface during Apollo 14. Other than that, I dunno...
