I needed help trying to identify what brand of Silverware/Utensils the ISS-Shuttle Crews use? I apologize if this question has been asked before. I searched the messages and couldn't find anything.

I may be mistaken, or this may be outdated, but I have noted that the cutlery is produced by Nobel/Sysco Food Services Co.

I think I may have started that notion, the design is made by several manufacturers with varying degrees of quality. Nobel-Sysco has the best sturdy quality of this design that matches pics I have seen. They are also the type of company that would contract with large government agencies.
I have not seen them listed in a NASA contract per se. I'm tempted to take a digital pic of the non-NASA set I use around the house.
