Who woulda thunk that this would be worth that much? Couldn't ya get a signed Apollo 1 + 51L + STS-107 photos for 10K?

He's probably friends with the recurring ebay sellers who are trying to get $2500 for their flown 25th Anniv. A11 flag.

However, if he has a friend in the gov't who can tell us that this is a "classified-never-before-seen-by-anyone-outside-the-gov't" patch, it may be worth $50,000! Oh, if only the bidding would start at $1000...
