GACspaceguyFantastic launch! I was able to see the first stage flight between the clouds here in the Savannah area. It was wonderful seeing a vehicle heading to the ISS again!
TomAbout 10 seconds or so after launch, it appears that some part of the strongback gantry is sprouting flames. Anyone know what that is?

Also, there were reports prior to launch that under good weather conditions, the launch would be visible (as was the shuttle) in the northeast. Anyone north of the Carolinas get a view of the early morning launch?

Cloud cover prevented it here in New York.
