This may or may not be the mission patch for Boeing's upcoming Starliner-1 uncrewed mission to the International Space Station.
Neither the agency or company have released this (or another) design as of yet.

Starliner-1? It's a little bit strange for this flight isn't it?

Is your reaction to the patch or the mission designation?

The previous test flights flew under Boeing designations (Orbital Test Flight 1 and 2, and Crew Flight Test) as they were underwritten by the company.
Starliner-1 is the first flight funded under NASA's Commercial Crew contract.

Thank you, Robert! So NASA considers test flights are over.

For cargo, yes. NASA has yet to certify Starliner for crew exchange missions to and from the space station. They expect that to come as a result of what is seen and learned on Starliner-1.
