This is Mark Shuttlworth's personal patch. The same was on his Sokol space suit worn on Soyuz TM-34 to the International Space Station. It was ordered by Zvezda specially for the suit of the space tourist.I am told that Shuttleworth didn't get his Sokol after the flight and does not have this patch himself. He bought after his flight copies which are even better than the original. Also an original AIDS ribbon patch for the space suit of the space tourist. Same story... Here are the copies Shuttleworth ordered:

I think this Soyuz TM-34 patch was ordered by Mark Shuttleworth himself and is not Russia made. |

I keep patches for each of the missions I have seen launch in person. The Soyuz TM-34 launch was my first (and so far, only) trip to the Baikonur Cosmodrome. I was unable to find a patch while on my trip, but I later acquired this example from Alex Panchenko (via eBay). It was signed on its front and back by Yuri Gidzenko.

The bigger flag was on Mark Shuttleworth's Sokol space suit and the smaller flag was ordered by Kentavr for his onboard suit.
