The STS-111 Official Flight Kit

May 30, 2002 — STS-111, the fourteenth shuttle mission to the International Space Station, continued the station's assembly and delivered a new resident crew.

The crew of STS-111 joined by ISS Expedition 4 and 5 members made three spacewalks to install the Mobile Remote Servicer Base System onto the station's Mobile Transporter and replaced the wrist roll joint on the ISS's Canadarm2 robotic arm.

Endeavour also flew nearly 7,000 mementos, carried on the request of NASA and the STS-111 crew, including flags, banners, emblems, decals, seals, patches, and small medallions — all of which were hermetically sealed and stowed for the duration of the flight.
