In the permanent facility, the Science Center plans to display Endeavour in a vertical position as if on a launch pad. However, Endeavour will be displayed in the temporary facility in a horizontal position. The Science Center submitted its logistics plan to NASA in May 2011, including details on how it plans to transport the Orbiter from the airport to its temporary display facility. The exhibit and finance plans are due in August 2011. NASA completed a formal site visit in August 2011. Title transfer will occur and initial funding will be due in October 2011.
