Were there no other astronauts onboard the USS Yorktown to greet the returning Apollo 8 crew after such an historic mission?

Great find ! I can imagine what Lovell is saying to Anders when he's patting him on the back. "I'm gonna wind you up for the next 40 years saying I took that shot!"
