T O P I C R E V I E WtonynorieI have inherited some space shuttle tiles which I was told have flown. I am going to auction them on eBay and it seems that the price is always greater when documentation is included. If anyone can tell me what organization or agency might document the tiles I would be very appreciative. Thank you, Tony Noriega, TampaRobert PearlmanTony,Unfortunately, paperwork cannot be "issued" or supplied by any organization. The only documentation available is issued by NASA or a contractor at the time the tile is scrapped. If you were not given this paperwork with your tiles, it would be very difficult, if not impossible, to retrieve the information now. As such, if you do proceed with your auctions, you must present your tiles as not flown or at the very least make it very clear that you have no documentation to support your claim of the tiles flown status. Word of mouth is is generally disregarded when it comes to authenticating flown hardware.- Robert
