I am considering selling my huge archive of NASA issued shuttle images covering every shuttle mission from STS-6 thru STS-135 inclusive. The collection has taken 30 years to accumulate. The intention of this post is to see how much interest there is likely to be before going through it all and listing what is available in greater detail.
But an approximation would be 2500 10x8 NASA prints (the majority in colour)... up to and including STS-107. And approximately 17000 images on NASA issue digital discs for the missions that followed.
The images encompass all aspects of the shuttle program from payload prep, training, in-flight, launch, landing and post landing activities.
I would not be prepared to cherry pick or sell piece meal individual missions and such is the size of the collection that shipping is not a realistic (or affordable) possibility.
I am looking for a UK buyer and I would be prepared to deliver the collection in person to any prospective buyer at no extra cost. The asking price includes all the storage sheets and ring binders.
The entire collection would cost £6000 though I would consider offers.
