Mine is the part in Dr. Strangelove where the people in the War Room realize General Turgidson actually intends to lead a prayer. So what's yours? It doesn't have to be an Outer Space movie, or even a comedy, but it does have to be a deliberate comedy scene, and it's the movies, not TV. Or telly.(And remind me to curse the English for the time I was a kid and had my first English car. I followed the book carefully, including the part where I had to soak my carbutettor in paraffin. Loved this one as a kid.Something About Mary - the scene where Matt Dillon is trying to resuscitate the dog.The Naked Gun - Frank Drebin in the office of Ludwig at night as he slowly destroys the entire office.... and my all-time favourite:Hot Shots! Part Deux - Charlie Sheen and pals are in a bamboo cage. The guard is asleep a few feet away with the keys on the desk beside him. He tries to reach the keys with a wooden pole without waking he guard... micropoozI've got to agree with Rick about the dinner scene in Nuttiest Professor.
