Due to the government shutdown at the time, NASA is only now releasing this photo and other planned digital assets for the Nov. 2, 2025 milestone of 25 years of a human presence on the International Space Station. NASA photo release:
The seven-member Expedition 73 crew poses for a portrait on Nov. 2, 2025, the 25th anniversary of continuous human presence aboard the International Space Station.
In the front row from left are, NASA astronaut Jonny Kim, Roscosmos cosmonaut and station Commander Sergey Ryzhiokov, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Alexey Zubritsky. In the back row are, Roscosmos cosmonaut Oleg Platonov, NASA astronauts Mike Fincke and Zena Cardman, and JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency) astronaut Kimiya Yui.
