Country music icon Dolly Parton has died at the age of 80.

In May 1989, Parton, Willie Nelson and Kenny Rogers held a free concert at NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston. The event later aired on NBC.

...the concert was designed to honor the 20th anniversary of man's landing on the moon on July 20, 1969, as well salute people struggling in all walks of life.
