As spotted on Twitter, the insignia for the Orion Mission Evaluation Room (MER) inside the Mission Control Center at NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston.

A better version of the artwork and an explanation of the part of the design:
The symbols on the right are morse code for "Ad lunam et ultra" which is Latin for "To the Moon and beyond."
