I designed a launch cover for the U.S. Space Force-7 (USSF-7) OTV-6 X-38B flight, which occurred May 17, 2020 from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.

Pete, nice cover for the X-37B OTV Flight 6. Here are two "First Flight" covers for the first X-37B flight (OTV-1) vehicle number 1, and the first flight of the second X-37B vehicle (OTV-2). Boeing built two OTVs and are alternating their space flights.

The program mission patch and the graphic artwork used in the USPS custom PC postage were provided by the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office (AFRCO) and is used with their permission.

Well done everyone and I love the X-37 cachet and Zazzle stamp designs. The custom-made or generated Zazzle.com stamps were later discontinued by the USPS, however, when used early on they made appropriate space cover topic "stamp" design features. My firm has used a bunch of them for many different space cover event issues first used nearly 15 years ago.

Ken, the following is a post by the USPS (Postal Bulletin 22199) in February 2007. Additional postage was only required for "special or pictorial" postmarks. Fortunately, I've never had any issue with the USPS cancelling my covers in the 15 years I've been using PC postage. Zazzle.com stopped producing PC postage in May 2018, and the USPS terminated the program in June of this year.
Customized Postage is a program being pilot tested with authorized customized postage providers. Customized Postage allows certain forms of private expression to appear immediately adjacent to and integrated with postage indicia. Customized Postage indicia are a form of PC Postage and are not stamps. Therefore, similar to meter mail and other forms of PC Postage, Customized Postage does not require postmarking.

Customers or stamp collectors requesting special or pictorial postmarks on Customized Postage must place the appropriate First-Class Mail rate stamp next to the Customized Postage to receive a postmark.

Pete, did you create an OTV-6 landing cover?

Here are two cachet versions for OTV-6's landing at KSC on Nov. 12, 2022 by Lollini and SAS. May have another cachet version soon and possibly a second or third as well.

Now that we're back on the subject of the X-37B OTV, I thought I would add my landing covers to the first two launches that I neglected to include in my previous post. The first flights of the OTV1 and OTV2 space planes were landed at Vandenberg AFB, CA on 03 Dec 2010 and 16 Jun 2012 respectively.

Sharp-looking rvk emblem cachet launch/landing covers for the X-37B/OTV-1/2 with the nicely added Zazzle.com private stamps. And for topic starter Pete, as always, a detailed graphics cachet with all the program emblem designs looks "complete" for OTV-6 in May 2020.
