Granted it is only for Rocket Lab's Electron rocket test flight — but a new company to watch for mission patches.

Rocket Lab has revealed the patch for its second commercial flight (fourth flight overall), "This One's for Pickering" (named in honor of New Zealand-born scientist and former director of NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab, William Pickering).

Both the Elena 19 patch and "Business Time" patch say "Embroidered onto a heat pressed application backing" from their website.

We've made a tradition of giving every Electron rocket its own unique name. Our next mission is for the Space Test Program, which is based in New Mexico. That location might just have been the inspiration for this vehicle name and mission patch...

Flight 17:
The mission is named "The Owl's Night Begins" in a nod to Synspective's StriX family of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) spacecraft developed to be able to image millimeter-level changes to the Earth's surface from space. Strix is also the genus of owls.

Flight 24:
"The Owl's Night Continues" is the first of three dedicated Electron missions for Synspective, with two scheduled to launch in 2022 and a third in 2023. Each mission will deploy a single StriX satellite, growing Synspective’s synthetic aperture radar (SAR) constellation developed to deliver imagery that can detect millimetre-level changes to the Earth's surface from space, independent of weather conditions on Earth and at any time of the day or night.

"The Owl’s Night Continues" mission follows on from Rocket Lab's first launch for Synspective in December 2020. That mission, named "The Owl's Night Begins," saw Rocket Lab's Electron launch vehicle deploy the StriX-α satellite – the first spacecraft in Synspective's planned constellation of more than 30 SAR satellites designed to collate data of metropolitan centers on a daily basis to support urban development planning, construction and infrastructure monitoring, and disaster response.

Synspective's mission patch for the launch:

Flight 25:

"Without Mission A Beat," we're heading back to the pad for our first launch of 2022 — a dedicated mission for BlackSky and Spaceflight Inc. from LC-1.

The design of the skyline references Washington D.C. (proximity to Herndon, VA) and Seattle, Washington, locations of BlackSky and Spaceflight, Inc., respectively.
