[i]Andrew Gutacker, the chief of the Seabrook Volunteer Fire Department, told reporters that the fire appeared to have started in the attic around 5 a.m. and was possibly electrical. He also said the house contained NASA memorabilia, some of which was salvaged. "NASA is just learning about the fire, and our hearts go out to the McNair family," the space agency said in a statement. "We appreciate the tremendous support and assistance provided by first responders and the community."[/i]
