Starliner's propulsion system also maintains redundancy and the helium levels remain stable. The data also supports root cause assessments for the helium and thruster issues and flight rationale for Starliner and its crew's return to Earth.[/i]</BLOCKQUOTE> Something else to keep in mind: Boeing's mission operations team are NASA flight operations managers on assignment to Boeing. So when the company says that they have reached flight rationale, it is, in part, NASA engineers who have done so; it is others at NASA who are requesting more data be collected.
