Does anyone know if there was ever any video taken inside the command module during the launch of a Saturn V?

I believe there was but I don't know if that was the case on every launch I know there is some footage of the Apollo-Soyuz Test Project (ASTP) launch.
If you have the documentary "Moonshot" or "For All Mankind" you can see some of that film.

ASTP was the first time that there was a camera running inside the crew cabin (not counting the Mercury onboard films).

This ASTP launch film has a lot of onboard footage that most of us probably have not seen before.

Great footage. Thanks for that.
Didn't fly again for 15 years! Should have been launching Apollo/Saturns at 2-4 times a year in my humble opinion.

You can see Deke Slayton's reflection in the window as he takes photos from the right seat after the docking module was extracted from the S-IVB stage.
