Just registered, but have been reading through these forums for a long time and have gained a LOT of insight over the years. My question to the community: There is a Mercury MR-4 badge being offered on eBay, item 389937147999 This appears to be authentic. Before I take the plunge, What's the opinion?

I have the same badge, however mine has a number "1" on it as opposed to number "2" and my badge is green. I believe your badge is authentic. |

Thanks, and yes it's signed. I'm not sure what the numbers or color difference indicates. It might be the security level. The back of mine is identical to yours but mine has a lower serial number.Nice badge and welcome to cS!!! |

Ha, for what it's worth, I just went to your eBay page to see how your MR4 badge is doing and noticed you also have an MR4 umbilical head wire presentation page. I have one of those as well and I actually designed that presentation page as well as the one featuring my MR4 badge.Small world... |
