I'm interested in purchasing a Neil Armstrong signed Belgium (Sieger) stamp sheet in mint/near mint condition with a nice bold signature, not encapsulated or framed.

Ideally, I'd like to buy from someone in the USA, so I can have the stamp sheet authenticated by Steve Zarelli prior to shipping.
