Limited edition, employee-only, SpaceX Crew Dragon Pad Abort Test presentation (No. 132 of 300, Version 2) commemorating the successful testing of the Dragon's pad abort capabilities. After rapid liftoff from the pad, the C200 capsule—dubbed DragonFly—drifted to a soft parachute landing in the Atlantic.
This framed presentation consists of a sizeable red-orange section of silk cut from one of DragonFly's flown parachutes, along with a color photo of the capsule floating to touchdown in the Atlantic Ocean off Cape Canaveral, Florida.
SpaceX presentations of flown material are not available to the public; they are given to SpaceX employees who played critical roles in the missions or who contribute to SpaceX's PAC donation matching program. As a result, these items are tough to source, and few have made their way onto the secondary market.
