Well, I think if there are so many negative feedbacks, I would recommend (also Rob) not advertising anything from this company again. I was also thinking to obtain one of the last triangular shown windows, but I am outside the U.S. and thus I guess the trouble is even more advanced.

Therefore, I would recommend to ban this here. Otherwise the trust shrinks enormously and also Rob (whom I value very highly, as he is a fine fellow!) looses with this somehow reputation.
