Author Topic:   Apollo command module honeycomb core Apolloman Member Posts: 244 From: Ledignan, Gard (30), France Registered: Mar 2009 posted 04-18-2026 05:17 PM                I would like to know whether the inner compartment (the forward and aft sections, before assembly and welding) of the Apollo command module was entirely covered in honeycomb structure before the outer skin was installed, as suggested by these images and in the video at timestamps 2:44 to 2:52.
