Planned book authored by a Dyna-Soar authority, now on Kickstarter: Based on Eugen Sanger's German WWII research for an "antipodal bomber," Dyna-Soar would be launched on a large booster, be over the "area of interest" at any spot in the world in less than an hour, collect its intel and land on a conventional runway anywhere in the western US. Total mission time: less than two hours from liftoff to touchdown. Other versions had full orbital capabilities to service any of the Air Force space stations being proposed in the early '60s. Written by Air Force historian Dr. Roy Houchin, with full access to all official documents, this will be the definitive work on the program for some time to come. |

Jack Hagerty has put together some really nice books in the past. The Saucer Fleet is one of my favorites. I hope this campaign makes it-looks like it has a ways to go before funding. |

I'm glad to report that Jack Hagerty is making another attempt at the Dyna-Soar book. I really hope this comes to fruition this time. |

Not sure how much this will add to the Apogee X-20 book I already have, but I've pledged anyway. |

Down to just a few days left and still short. Looks like a great book, but it may never be published... |

Third time is the charm. The Kickstarter is up one last time with an achievable goal. For $50 you can get the book and a bonus DVD. Delivery expected in March. |

I've already contributed, but I am considering a much larger amount, depending on "what's new" in this book. Has Houchin acquired any newly declassified data that will be included? The site link doesn't work for me. Does anyone have a direct email for Jack Hagerty? Thanks for any info. |

Pledge complete -- looks like about 10 more people pledging will do the trick. |
