"Launch Ladies" by Jamey Erickson and Leila McNeill, with illustrations by Lydia Fusco, is an illustrated board book for children, introducing them to all the brave, bold women of the space program's past, present and future. The book is being crowdfunded on Kickstarter for publication.
We've got an unbelievable list of women spanning from the inception of NASA all the way up to those leading programs that will take us to Mars and beyond.

To us, this is the important story of women's courage and brilliance that kids so often don't hear when we they learn about space. We want to change that.
