I have a photo of Michael Coats with a number that begins "S13." I'm puzzled by that, as that would seem to be a number for 41C photos (originally STS-13), and any Coats photos would begin with either S12 (as the originally intended STS-12) or S14 (as the launched, "new" STS-14 following the launch abort.)

So, did Coats do any training with the 41C crew?

I would guess that number was a mistake, or an inconsistency in numbering. NASA is/was a champion in that.

All times are CT (US)
