Just thought mention that I saw the book in W H Smiths today at cover price of £20.

That store has always had books for full retail. Lots of other stores I'd go to instead of WHsmith's, which was sold two years ago and never actually recovered well
enough for my shopping tastes.

WH Smith in Birmingham (England not Alabama) was selling copies at half marked price when I was in there a few days ago. £10 instead of £20.
