What is the name of this DVD? Where can I buy it.

It came out a year or so ago.

Its called Walt Disney Treasures: Tomorrow Land

Here is the earlier thread that discussed its release.

It was limited to only 105,000 copies. Amazon no longer has it in stock but lists resellers with new and used copies.

I'd like to add that I purchased this set when it first came out, and I find it an absolute delight. For those of us that enjoy this hobby in part because it brings back memories of the excited anticipation of the future that existed in that day (the 50s), this is a real jewel.

I agree completely. I remember watching these shows when they first aired. I was about 10, fascinated with the idea of space exploration, and a bit irritated with Walt Disney because Tomorrowland was the least visited of the four "lands." Watching these shows today is a real trip back to the future. And they are still very entertaining.
