Has anyone heard of Walt Cunningham doing a book-sigining tour for his new release? I asked him at the DC show last month and he said he'd be back in the area some time this summer, but I haven't seen anything written about it.------------------

Welcome to collectspace as I see this is your first post. I don't have an answer for you, but you could keep an eye on the sightings board that has info on astronaut appearences. As Walt's webmaster, he has yet to ask me to create a page about a book tour. If he does do a book tour, I'm sure that CollectSpace members will be among the first to know. However, you can order a signed and inscribed copy through his web site at http://www.waltercunningham.com/the_all_american_boys.htm
His is the only site that you can buy an INSCRIBED copy. CollectSpace, Boggs, etc., will just be offering signed copies. So this gives you a "different" option.Best,

OK thanks for the info. If he doesn't come back to DC I may go ahead and order a book from his website--but it's so much more fun to get it signed in person! I'll keep a look-out for tour news.
