In my experience over the past two years:

• Aldrin, Bean, Duke and Mitchell sign items through the mail (TTM) for a fee but contact them first to verify price/details.
  
• Cernan signs his book free (one per person/lifetime)
  
• Young will no longer be available for any signings
  
• Scott+Schmitt do not sign TTM

Bean, Duke, and Mitchell were all very accommodating signing through the mail. I had a unique request and each corresponded via mail or email to make sure it was done correctly. The addresses and fees required provided here were correct and each piece I had done was returned in less than two weeks from each of the three.
