This STS-63 photo was taken on February 9, 1995, at 13:34:06 GMT, during an EVA by Mike Foale and Bernard Harris. Foale is partially visible on the right.

I can see Mike's in the foot restraints but are those attached to the RMS or the side of the payload bay? I'm not sure I've ever seen the latter. Thanks Ed.

The RMS, Gary. If it was attached to the side of the payload bay the Shuttle would appear a lot larger in the photo.
