It appears as if Apollo 17 commander Gene Cernan is about to be knighted during a suit fitting session at ILC in Dover, Delaware, in March 1972. In reality he is testing the mobility of his A7LB spacesuit, seen here without the white outer layer.

When you think about it, it's probably one of the most important fit tests one could do for a Moon suit. Really neato pic!
