Liftoff of the Space Shuttle Discovery on mission STS-39 as seen from the Launch Control Center. Launch occurred at 7:33:14 a.m. EDT, April 28, 1991. Onboard were astronauts Mike Coats, Blaine Hammond, Guy Bluford, Lacy Veach, Rick Hieb, Greg Harbaugh and Don McMonagle.

Thanks for that image! Have always wondered what the view was like from inside that little

nondescript building at the side of the VAB during a liftoff.
