Partially obscured by morning mist, Space Shuttle Columbia atop the mobile launcher platform and crawler/transporter makes the journey from the Vehicle Assembly Building to Launch Pad 39A on November 28, 1889, in preparation for STS-32. Rollout from the VAB began at 2:32 a.m. EST and the vehicle was on the pad pedestals about eight hours later. |
