Half a century ago this week, the Apollo 10 crew was at Launch Pad 39B for a briefing on emergency escape procedures. Astronauts John Young, Tom Stafford and Gene Cernan listen as Bendix training officer John Evans explains how the slidewire cab can rush them to safety. Support crewmember Joe Engle is at lower right.

Cute picture Ed. I love the gleeful looks on Stafford and Young's faces as opposed to the dubious look on Cernan's.
