A group of Apollo astronauts pose for a photo at a gala celebrating the 500th 'Space History Photo of the Week' at collectSPACE. I have been posting these photos for almost ten years now, so it might be a good idea to see how many 'likes' we can get from space-fans who want me to continue... |

10 years???? Oh my gosh - I remember when the first few pictures went up! This is my vote for a yes, keep them coming — not only have I loved each and every one, but it is one of those reasons I go to the messages boards first thing on a Saturday morning to see what you have posted for a picture. Thumbs up, Ed! |

Ed, let me add my great appreciation for all you have done to share your passion for space history imagery, and in doing so adding greatly to our community and this site!Someday, we'll have a cS gathering for real like the 1997 Apollo/Saturn V Center opening shown in your photo, but I imagine among the tuxedo-sporting guests of honor will be you. The countdown (or rather, up) to 1,000 begins now! quote: Originally posted by Headshot: Can someone provide a key for ID-ing those in the picture?
Sure. Back row, left to right: Tom Stafford, Rusty Schweickart, Gene Cernan, Bill Anders, John Young. Front row, left to right: Buzz Aldrin, Dick Gordon, Ed Mitchell, Charlie Duke, Walt Cunningham. |

I must be a bit slower than usual, but I'd like to point out that all three Apollo 10 crew members are in this picture. Sadly, there are only four complete Apollo crews remaining. |
