As someone who has taken up painting as a hobby in the last couple of years, I was very interested when I saw this photo and had to check out Robert McCall's website and researched the painting of STS-1...

Any idea if there were artist(s) to make drawings of the Pioneer and/or Voyager spacecraft while these were encapsulated.
Pioneer and Voyager were truly pioneering missions...
