No, this is not a picture of two bank-robbers fleeing the scene of the crime. Gemini 4 astronauts Jim McDivitt (front) and Ed White participate in an emergency egress test at launch complex 19 in preparation for their June 1965 mission.

You will be happy to learn that the Gemini white room from complex 19 has been fully restored and is currently on display at the Air Force's space museum at Cape Canaveral, which is accessible to the public via the "Cape Canaveral: Then and Now" bus tour at the KSC Visitors Center. The rest of the complex 19 equipment remains on-site (including the erector gantry and launch mount) rusting away in the corrosive Florida environment.
