 The STS-26 crewmembers are in a good mood as they try out the new launch & entry suits, that were introduced after the Challenger accident. The early versions were blue, but that was later changed to orange to increase visibility in case the astronauts had to eject from the Shuttle and landed in the water. Hmmm. Not sure Id want some guy named "Pinky" messing back there.  Just kidding - he's a great guy. |

Great job Ed, keep it up. I have a few more shots of the crew during training wearing the blue suits on an old page on my site.
