I've been attempting to do some research on NASA employee Paul M. Sturtevant, but have had little luck. He worked on Project Mercury followed by a stint as a Gemini Program Office special assistant. In 1971 he was presented with a 30 year service award. Despite all of that, I can't even find a NASA bio on him although I found several references to him in various publications.

If anyone can help me with images or information I would appreciate it, thanks.

Was always a bit confused by all those multi-year employee awards. Here he was presented with the NASA 30-year pin and parchment in 1971 implying that he had been with the agency since... 1941. Could only surmise that he was with NACA or the military back in the day?

Yes, he worked for NACA and then the Space Task Group. Apparently he retired in December 1975. I have his MCC viewing room badge for the ASTP mission.

The badge came courtesy of a generous cS member. I also got some great photos from another generous member.

Thanks all.
