My 12 year old daughter Miranda just squeeled with delight when I told her that Jose Jimenez was going to be at San Antonio. She has been listening to his CD and she really likes it. Any chance that Wally and Bill will do the Jose Jimenez during the banquet? That would be a treat for young and old. Mike Myer

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Dana at the UACC show here in New Jersey last summer. What a GREAT GUY!!! I made absolutely sure that I shook his hand and thanked him for all the laughs!And I see that James Hampton is going to be there as well. Another great guy! He will probably have some F-Troop stuff there so make sure you get something signed by him too!  |

Bill is just terrific to talk to. At the Washington, DC show I sat at his table for the Saturday Dinner. He was just wowing everyone at the table with his original seven stories and Ed Sulivan jojes. He suddenly found out that he was hosting the show in the middle of his salad so all during his talk and introductions he keep going back to me..."How's my salad doing, Cliff?"Last year in NJ I bought his CD as my last purchase as I was heading out the door. As he was signing the cover I asked him how things were going for him and he answered.. "Great, now that you made me a millionaire here!" |
