Coming to Rocket Town: quote: Saturday, September 18, 1:00 - 3:00pm - Praised by Apollo 7 astronaut Walt Cunningham for bringing "these old colleagues and friends of mine back to life," Fallen Astronauts: Heroes Who Died Reaching For The Moon tells the too-oft forgotten stories of eight astronauts and eight cosmonauts who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country's space program. Co-author Colin Burgess will visit Rocket Town, accompanied by some very special guests to sign copies of Fallen Astronauts.

Will it be possible, for those of us not able to attend, to purchase signed copies of the book? Ricky

My thanks to Colin Burgess (and his lovely wife) for a very enjoyable afternoon at Rocket Town. Soon after Colin arrived, we were joined by Jeannie Bassett and her daughter Karen. Walt and Dot Cunningham later stopped by to say hello to Colin, and Jim Wetherbee was seen browing Rocket Town for a brief while. I hope those who stopped by to have their book signed had a good time. Colin was kind to sign the remaining copies of his paperback edition of Fallen Astronauts, which will soon be available for order through buySPACE (joining the hardcover, which is already available.
