Lot 383 has questionable provenance (i.e. claim being made that the signature is on Apollo parachute material) as discussed in this thread.

I had a successful day, winning three items. My wife is happy with the Jerry Cobb signed photos. I am adding an Apollo 12 beta cloth to my collection and have a physical copy of a Saturn V flight manual.

Interesting to see Lot 411 Eugene Kranz's MCC access badge for Apollo 17 sold for $4,200... that’s impressive.

Is that a record for an MCC badge?

I'm having a hard enough time understanding unsigned red numbered NASA photos going for bongo bucks, but I really don't understand lot 603, an unsigned 8x10 image of McCandless during his EVA.

As far as I can see, it was probably printed during the 1984-85 timeframe, with a reverse that states, "This Paper Manufactured by Kodak," but it's not a red numbered picture or anything of that sort. As far as I can see it's a regular old photo (from the image maybe even faded a little bit) yet it went for $1,159 (commission included).

I realize beauty (or let's say value) is in the eye of the beholder, but can someone explain this to me? What am I missing (aside from brain cells of course)?

Lot 714: STS-92 flown patch to ISS and Soyuz TMA-9, the description in Bryan Duffy's COA seems wrong. It reads the patch stayed aboard the ISS for two years (2000-2002) and returned to Earth aboard Soyuz TMA-9 in 2006?

Lot 714 is correct. The person who won this lot got a patch that flew on his launch and entry suit and then was returned on a Soyuz. They needed a patch/decal to add to the ISS wall.

Either the timeline or the information stated on the COA is wrong.

The launch/entry patch was added to the ISS wall during the STS-92 mission in 2000 and brought back two years later, most likely by Lopez-Alegria during the STS-113. However, the COA states it was brought back two years after the STS-92 aboard Soyuz TMA-9, which happened six years later, in 2006.
