Maybe insignificant as they're paint chips, but is Lot #27, Pieces of the Challenger space shuttle, legal to own? Is there a letter from NASA relinquishing that item to the Scobee family? |

Per a spokesperson for the auction house, the lot has been withdrawn "and may run in a future auction should the family acquire the proper paperwork." | |
