While it's great for us collectors, I'm always saddened when I see astronauts selling their stuff at one of these auctions. I just hope Buzz is selling because he wants to and not because he has to. |

Quickly looking through the lots, I didn't see any of the items being described as having been directly consigned by Aldrin. The wording on most of the lots notes "Originally from the Personal Collection..." and there are items further noting, "These were gifts from Aldrin to his sister Fay Ann" and "A Letter of Authenticity signed by Mrs. Potter's son (the executor of her estate) will accompany this lot." |

Just received my item from the Nov 12, 2014 Heritage Historical Space Auction this morning. This was my first purchase from them. Everything went very smoothly and there were no issues or problems. The auction prices were lower than I expected which is great if your a bidder, perhaps not so great if you were a seller. The shipping and handling was very reasonable ($17 to Canada). The Liberty Bell 7 lucite I purchased was protectively packaged and delivered with tracking by FedEx. Five Stars ***** |
