Using NASA images ofthe intended landing site on Mars for Beagle, scientists reckon they have spotted the ill fated craft's debris inside a small crater. Prof Puillinger reckons that Beagle must have operated as planned right down to surface but had a spot of bad luck when it hit the side of the small crater - causing break-up of the vehicle.
