I have a recollection that in the recent past, I read an article that the two Soviet Lunokhod lunar vehicles had a thermal covering, not just a bare skin as normally illustrated.

I cannot remember where I read this and wondered if anyone more knowledgeable could confirm if this was the case. Many thanks.
