Did this Wednesday's (25/5/05) massive power outage in Moscow and environs affect the spaceflight control centres and/or Star City?
Power was out for about 4 hours and has caused a rumpus in Russian parliament.

Well President Putin already said that Spaceflight wouldn't be a priority ... just kidding...
Normally the Space Centre has an Uninterruptible Power Supply ( probably a large Diesel engine with flywheel )
